Hello!

Well, we've made it! What a whirlwind of a couple of weeks: packers, movers, goodbyes, driving, lifting, heat, swimming, cancelling service, starting service, no phone, no power, register for new schools, find sheets = STRESS! Even with all this and more, it's been fun, we're all excited and the kids have been amazing. We already miss everyone in Utah, but we have been loved immediately by new friends in Arizona. So many people really are amazingly kind and good. I said I would try and do better at posting even if it's just to give a quick little update.

Hello family. Hello new friends. Hello Arizona. Hello pool! Hello home.

Hey Marianne! I was just thinking about you, and I decided to take a chance and check out your blog to see if you were still keeping it up to date - good for you girl!

I'm so glad you all made it there safely - your pool looks heavenly! I hear that we may see you at the girls trip in St. George? I hope so - it seriously wouldn't be the same without you!

We already miss you, but we're so proud of you and excited for you all. Be sure to keep us posted and post more pictures for sure!

Lots of love,
Janice

Marianne, I think of you often and am so grateful for your recent update. I'm so excited for you! Your new home looks amazing and wonderful! Change is never easy, even when it's good change...so, I wish you all the best in the next several months as you settle in and create your "new normal". Love you much, Erin

I am so glad you made it there safely! I could jump in your pool as we speak (I am so hot being pregnant).

I found out that my friend doesn't live in Cave Creek anymore, she lives in Anthem. However, I saw her this past weekend and she said there are still a lot of good people that she misses from there.

I wish you the best of luck with everything! Know that you will be greatly missed!

Marianne!
I hope all went well with your move. I haven't done a good job keeping up with your blog, but it looks great. And I just found out by reading it tonight that you and I share a birthday. Why didn't I ever know that in high school?
Speaking of high school.. I threw some videos up on You Tube that are kind of fun to watch. They show a bunch of us from the good old PGHS days (including you).
It's amazing where life can take you in 23 years.
I hope you get a kick out of watching them.

Take care, and happy late birthday!

Boy, I hope you read this. I'm not to good with this kind of stuff are you the one who lost your husband to Cholangiocarcinoma? If you are I just lost my father in January from Cholangiocarcinoma. My mother and I are struggling with it emotionaly and I was hoping by talking with someone else who had gone through it and also believes in God mabye it would help us get through. Hope I have the right person.

Dawn,
I am the person you are looking for. I did lose my husband to Cholangiocarcinoma. I'm very sorry for your loss. I know the pain and hardships you are most certainly facing. I'd be more than happy to talk with you.

Since there was no link to your email, I hope you'll read this. I need some way of contacting you.

Hopefully we can talk soon,
Marianne
